OT Prayer Request
We ask you to join with us as we beseech the Lord to send out laborers here to Rancho Santa Marta. We need house parents: either a couple or a single woman who is willing to come in to care and love on our children and young adults. Taking care of children, especially special needs children/teens, is a challenge and at times can be exhausting but seeing them grow, mature, and make the necessary attitude changes can be very rewarding.
We have one of the best occupational therapy and sensory rooms south of the San Diego/Tijuana border. Our school has many students that demonstrate the many varied levels of autism, Down Syndrome, speech impediments, etc. where an OT person could help them overcome their difficulties and understand how to manage their frustrations. Please pray for someone to fill that OT spot both for the school and the ranch.
General Prayer Requests
For spiritual growth and encouragement for our children, ranch and school staff
Finances to support our school to hire new teachers, administration personnel, and purchase equipment: copy machines, materials and even a larger bus. Finances for general expenses: food, clothes, cleaning supplies, propane gas, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, building maintenance, ranch personnel salaries, new project materials, children’s medical needs and school needs.
For the call to couples and single ladies to come help take care of our special children.
