Ranch Needs
Urgent Finances to maintain monthly operational expenses.
Our ministry is a faith ministry so we are totally dependent upon your donations. We have five homes that care for over 50 children daily and 150 children in our mentally handicapped and special needs school. We are so-o-o-o gratful to all that help finance this ministry but we believe it necessary to inform you that donations have dropped 27% which has caused us great difficulty. Our monthly operational expenses are extremely high for our growing ministry. We always appreciate and need prayer for operational expenses, however, there are also other ways to help.
Please pray
Our donations have slipped to 27% less during these last two years. It is not in our nature to ask for finances but we are truly in a difficult spot right now. We wonder if we could request your help? Could you share our need with a friend, a neighor, your church or another family member? At this time, we are $35,000 in the red. We have closed two of our homes that care for the children and downsized our specical education program for our school. If there is anyway that you could help towards this deficit we would rejoice for your help.
We know times are difficult. We are indebted to you for standing with us. Your love for these children is evident. "Gracias"
URGENT NEED: Our school is growing! We send two buses every day to pick up children to come to our school.
We were able to purchase in November 2008 a 1998 micro bus, and just recently purchased our second bus for 72 passengers. We thank you for making this special need a reality. Indeed this has been a miracle since all paperwork and importation has been difficult. We hope to have the bus at the ranch this next week and up and running. You have been a wonderful part in making this possible. Please know how truly grateful we are for all your support and help to provide transportation for all these children that would not otherwise have an opportunity for education.

Helping Hands FOR RANCH PROJECTS.......
We warmly receive church and service groups that desire a positive cross culture experience. Please remember that you will be helping in a foreign country. Their language, culture and their ways are really different than what you might be used to but if you want to learn something new and refreshing give this crossculture experience a place in your life and you will be truly blessed.
Maintenance such as painting, sewing, pruning trees, picking fruit, canning fruit, pulling weeds, evangelism, and daily vacation Bible school programs are just some of the needs to be filled at the orphanage and our special education school.
If you are a retired couple and would like to come down and spend some
time to help out get in touch....
If your church youth group wants a positive crossculture- stretching experience, get in touch.....
If your service group is looking for a place to use their talents, get in touch.....
If you would like to expose your own family to a different way of life, and want a safe place to go, get in touch.....
If you would like to serve as a teacher, teachers aid, psychologist, language specialist, mechanic, hortoculturist, computer technician, ministry of helps or some other skill, then Santa Marta is the place for you. You will rejoice and be blessed by serving in a foreign country and being part of a team that helps "children at risk" in Mexico. Call 619-258-1358 619-258-1358 for more information.
We receive volunteer help with open arms, and we make a "mean cup of coffee or tea". Remember, spanish is not a requirement for you to come for a visit!
Come on down, we look forward to meeting you.

REFLECTIONS:
Rico...pastel...techo...gracias...do you know these Spanish words? Yessenia, Casandra...Victor...Luis...do you know these children?
In Matthrew 25: 35-36, 40 jesus said: "For I was hungry and you fed me; I was thristy and you gave me water, and you invited me into your home, naked and you clothed me, sick and in prison and you visited me...as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers you did it to me."
To the children of Mexico:
Our children here at Berean Bible Fellowship have been givng their nickels, dimes and pennies to give to the orphanage. When we received your letter last month we became aware of your need to be encouraged so we are sending you an additional $100.00 of which $80.00 is from our children. We too, are in a drought in our state and we feel your need for water!
Love, Berean Bible Fellowship. Evans, Ga
